KingdomBros Pro is a business management platform designed for contractors and service professionals. The Service includes:

• Customer relationship management (CRM)
• Job scheduling and calendar management
• Estimate and invoice generation
• SMS notifications and appointment reminders
• Electronic signature collection
• Payment processing integration

3. SMS Messaging Terms

• Consent Required: You must obtain explicit consent from your customers before sending them SMS messages through our platform.
• Message Types: SMS messages are limited to appointment-related communications including confirmations, reminders, on-the-way notifications, and job completion follow-ups.
• Message Frequency: Customers typically receive 2-4 messages per scheduled service appointment.
• Opt-Out: All recipients can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from messages.
• Help: Recipients can reply HELP for support information.
• Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients based on their carrier plan.
• No Marketing: The SMS feature is for transactional appointment communications only, not marketing or promotional messages.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of KingdomBros Pro, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) requirements
• Obtain proper consent before sending SMS messages to customers
• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
• Not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing communications

5. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information and your customers' information.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KingdomBros Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
